These paper-shredding consoles will take away time-consuming self shredding, and allow your confidential paper to be stored securely and tidily. For ad-hoc or one-off clearance shreds, we can provide you with sacks to fill, again, free of charge. We don’t have ‘minimum charges’ – we offer fixed-price contracts and set unit pricing, so there are no surprises when it comes to the cost of your secure paper shredding with us.

How our secure paper shredding services work

We’ll arrange collections of your confidential paper shredding to suit you and your individual needs. Each stage of our collection and paper shredding service is highly secure – our vehicles are satellite tracked and our people are fully trained, uniformed, with photo ID, and have all undergone BS7858:2012 security screening. Your confidential paper shredding is transported to our state-of-the-art facility, which is alarmed and monitored 24/7 by CCTV, and cross-cut shredded the very same day. We offer Din 3 and Din 4 and Din 6 levels of shred and provide a full collection to shred audit trail, as well as a Certificate of Destruction after each shred, complying with BS EN 15713:2009 Secure Destruction of Confidential Material and the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

Recycling your confidential paper shredding

We provide environmental reporting that’s compliant with ISO14001 standards of environmental management. We clearly show you the weight of the paper recycled per shred, on your Certificate of Destruction, as well as how many trees your secure paper shredding has saved. All of our secure paper shredding is baled and sent to paper mills in the UK, ready for recycling back into paper products.
